Academic Calendar
We offer year round instruction but observe the major national holidays.
During the academic year most of our courses require regular attendance with the exception of the weekend Math Circle sessions. Students attend once a week (unless they are signed up for multiple courses)and come during their assigned class times. Make-up sessions are available only to students who give advance notice (>24hrs).
Regular fall classes resume the week of Labor Day, or the following week depending on the course.
Winter classes start during the the first full week of January.
Summer classes are optional for families who would like to take a vacation during the two summer months. However, a lot of our families opt to take some summer instruction during that time. Some students sign up for special topic courses, independent study courses and others even use the summer time to study ahead and place out of classes so they can get into higher courses at school.
We offer rolling admission to classes that are not full and periodically open a section of a course if there is interest and our current sections are already full.
